Just an FYI for all of our suitcase companions- G tried Kangaroo for the first time last night (they sell it at the Woolworth's here, to the left of the beef) and it was something close to chewy lamb. Might have been better grilled but it was still an experience pan seared!
Other than that, we're getting into the thick of classes, even though students only take four here and ready for another greatly deserved weekend! J is heading to the Blue Mountains which are about an hour outside of Sydney, with some of the kids from our building. She'll be posting pictures!
All for now hope the weather is warming up for all of you who have been dealing with the white trenches for the past several weeks!
